Merchant Terms and Conditions
Promotion is valid till 31 July 2018, unless otherwise stated. For all redemptions, tourists have to present their passport (with valid arrival stamp) and single receipt (for $15 voucher redemption tier) or maximum 3 same-day receipt(s) and charge slip(s) for redemption at the Paragon Concierge Level 1. Redemption can only be made by owner of the credit card / receipt(s) on same day of purchase and in person. Not applicable for foreigners residing in Singapore, including but not limited to foreign students and Working Pass holders. Valid for one redemption per tourist per day on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Not applicable for bill payments, installment plans and voucher purchases. Receipts used for this promotion are not valid for other in-mall promotions.

1. Tourists have to present their passport (with valid arrival stamp) before making payment. Only applicable at Paragon outlets, not valid with other discounts, promotions or vouchers, while stocks last. Other terms and conditions may apply. Please check in store for more details.

2. For limousine rides departing from Paragon: Paragon Concierge will arrange for the complimentary limo ride as per the shopper’s requested time. Average waiting time for the complimentary limo ride will be 30 minutes and the said duration is subject to road traffic conditions. Should the shopper not turn up within 15 minutes of the arranged limo ride, the complimentary limo ride will be forfeited. Each complimentary limo ride will be limited to one destination only and any additional drop-offs will be chargeable by the limo company. Should there be any request for additional drop-offs and multiple destinations, the shopper must inform the Paragon Concierge during the arrangement of limo timing. Rates of additional charges are from SGD 20.00 per additional drop off and SGD 53.00 per additional destination. The additional charges shall be paid by the shopper in cash (Singapore dollars only) to their designated limo driver. The complimentary limo ride is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind. The complimentary limo ride must be utilised on the same day as the shopper’s purchase.

3. For limousine rides departing from other locations in Singapore: Coupon must be redeemed within 30 days from date endorsed. Bookings should be placed verbally at +65 68446226/5225 or via email at reservations@rosetlimo.com. For bookings between 2300 to 0700hrs, an additional amount of SGD$15.00 will be collected by limousine provider in cash. Coupon must be presented at point of boarding or passenger may have to pay SGD$75.00 exclusive GST/midnight surcharge and other charges. For all arrival transfers, the maximum waiting time will be 60 mins from flight landing. Any request for additional waiting will incur a charge of SGD$20.00 per 15-min block or part thereof. For all departure transfers, the maximum waiting time will be 20 mins from the requested pick-up time. Any request for additional waiting will incur a charge of SGD$20.00 per 15-min block or part thereof. For trips to Sentosa, Jurong East and Tuas will incur extra charges.
