5. The following brands are excluded from this promotion: Chanel, La Mer, Tom Ford, Jo Malone
6. The Shilla Duty Free reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms & conditions and change the gift without any prior notice.
7. In case of dispute, The Shilla Duty Free and UnionPay International's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
8. In case of discrepancies between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

5.ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the Merchant. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.
6.ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.
