Bank provides the trusted and guaranteed confidentiality media that can be used by employees and/or external parties.
Speak Up Channel as the channel provided by the Bank for employees and/or external parties to be able to report incidents related to (indication) fraud action, violation of law and regulation, conflict of interests and other violations.
Reports must at least explain the parties involved (who), what happened (what), time of the incident (when), place of the incident (where), and how did it happen (how).
The information can be submitted using the Speak Up Form with supporting evidence (if any) and send the completed form to speakup@ina.icbc.com.cn.
