Product Brief: Loans for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) are business loans extended only to medium-sized enterprises, these loans are designed to support the growth of small businesses. Product categories for SME Banking are as follow: 1.Working Capital Loan: ●Overdraft (PRK) is a working capital loan which is utilized in order to fulfill daily operational need of Debtor's Business. PRK is given as an overdraft in the Debtor's current account as per the approved limit. ●Fixed Loan on Demand (PTD) is a loan to meet daily working capital need of Debtor. PTD consist of 2 types of facility as follow: 1.PTDA PTDA is a short-term working capital loan to finance working capital needs based on Debtor's business cycle. PTDA is a revolving working capital facility.
2.PTDB PTDB is a medium-term working capital loan to finance working capital needs based on Debtor's business cycle. PTDB is a non-revolving working capital facility.
2.Investment Loan: Investment Loan (PTI) is an investment loan to the Debtor which is aimed to build, expansion, rebuild, develop or purchase the fixed assets also to finance a business expansion or acquisition, excluding sale and purchase (trading) of shares to non-security company.
3.Trade Finance: ●Bank Guarantee issuance is aimed at providing warranty to the recipient in case the guaranteed party fails to meet his/ her obligations or if there is a breach of contract. ●Export/Import Facility such as LC, Negotiation and Discount
Opening Terms: Document required for SME Loan are as follow: ●Personal Debtor: 1. Photo of the Debtor's business location (min. 3: outside, inside and the surrounding environment) 2. Copy of checking/savings account statement for the last 3 months 3. Copy of the latest proforma financial statements 4. Copy of personal Tax Registration Number (NPWP) / SPT PPh 21 5. Copy of Debtor's Identity Card (KTP) 6. Copy of Spouse's Identity Card (KTP) 7. IDEB checking & DHN, according to applicable regulations
●Company Debtor: 1. Photo of the Debtor's business location (min. 3: outside, inside and the surrounding environment) 2. Copy of checking and/or savings account statement forthe last 3 months 3. Copy of financial statement for the last 2 years 4. Copy of the Deed of Establishment and its amendments /Deed of Adjustment and Endorsement from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights 5. Copy of Company Tax Registration Number (NPWP) 6. Copy of Identity Card of all Directors and Commissioners 7. Copy of Identity Card of all Shareholders 8. IDEB checking & DHN, according to applicable regulations
