Product Brief:
A service that makes it easy for customers to quickly and easily identify receipts of funds without the need to match account mutations and physical proof of transactions from customers with the following features:
1. Receive fund transfers through book transfer, SKN, RTGS, BI-FAST and SWIFT
2. Virtual Account transaction report is downloaded via Corporate Internet Banking
3. Virtual Account transaction report can be downloaded on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Opening Terms:
Customer must have corporate account at Bank ICBC Indonesia and open Corporate Internet Banking service
Operation Guide:
1. Customer accesses the Virtual Account report through Corporate Internet Banking using an Internet browser
2. The Virtual Account report is in the form of a pdf file
Common Problems:
Customer must complete the ICBC Virtual Account registration form correctly and completely
